Hosting and server log data

When you visit this website, our hosting service processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time, the page requested, data volume, browser and operating system. This keeps the website secure and reliable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for security and error analysis.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, optional company, message, consent and selected language. We use this information solely to handle your enquiry. The legal bases are your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where your enquiry relates to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the data after the enquiry is completed and no later than 24 months afterwards, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Client deliveries — draft for legal review

For project-related client deliveries, we store the client name, title, uploaded files, expiry date and technical access events. Each delivery is accessible only through a non-derivable secret link and, where enabled, an additional password. Passwords are stored only as verification hashes. Files are held in private storage and provided only through short-lived signed access links. To prevent misuse, we record openings, previews, downloads and failed password attempts; IP addresses are truncated. Access logs are generally deleted after 90 days. Expired deliveries and their files are permanently removed after a 14-day grace period. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data is received by our hosting and storage provider acting as a processor.

Fonts from Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google so that the font files can be delivered. Google may process additional technical data. We use the fonts for a consistent presentation of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies. If the hosting service sets a cookie for secure technical operation, it serves only that necessary purpose and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Your rights
